Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms:

All invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms are 7 days, indicating the number of days from the invoice date within which payment must be received.

Late payments may be subject to penalties or interest charges as permitted by law.

Invoicing and Billing:

Invoices will be issued electronically to the email address provided by the client unless otherwise specified.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including billing address and contact details.

Any discrepancies or errors in the invoice must be reported within 7 days of receipt for resolution.

Payment Methods:

Payment are to be made via bank transfer.

Details for bank transfers and payment instructions will be provided on the invoice.

Currency and Taxes:

All prices are quoted and payable on the order form and invoice.

Prices listed on the invoice are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the total amount payable as required by law.

Disputes and Refunds:

Any disputes regarding invoiced amounts must be raised in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy and may be subject to processing fees or deductions.

Late Payments and Collection:

Late payments will incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance, calculated from the due date until the date of payment.

In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means, and the client will be liable for all associated costs and expenses.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Ownership of goods or services provided remains with Ternstone Digital Limited (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the goods or services invoiced for their intended purpose upon payment.

Termination and Suspension:

Ternstone Digital Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of non-payment or breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Amendments and Modifications:

These terms and conditions may be amended or modified by Ternstone Digital Limited at any time with prior notice to the client.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

By engaging with Ternstone Digital Limited and accepting our services, clients agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in the suspension or termination of services.
